Air India was the first airline in Australia to introduce the world’s most advanced commercial aircraft, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The aircraft stabilizes cabin pressure at a lower altitude, and its cleaner, more oxygenated air helps reduce the effects of jet lag.
In addition to Delhi, Air India offers connections to more than 40 destinations across North America, the UK and Europe, the Middle East, the Pacific and Far East, South-East Asia, and South Asia. Recent international additions include Toronto and Nairobi.
As a member of Star Alliance, Air India remains the only carrier operating daily non-stop Dreamliner flights between Australia and India, with convenient onward international and domestic connections.
